Oba Reengy takes it back to the roots as he unveils an upcoming project with Dj Yoski which he met at the early stage of his music career in 2012. Dj Yoski produced one of Oba’s hit singles, OLOWOGBOGBORO. On this note, we are to expect more and nothing less.
Oba further explained how and why the upcoming project is of great importance to him having recorded it in the studio where his music career kicked-off at Ebute Metta, Lagos Nigeria.
Reengy who is well-known for his popular signature, #Jigi is a versatile indigenous Gospel Rap music minister doing us proud in the Afro-Gospel scene in Nigeria and Africa. Oba Reengy is a name to reckon with talking about Afro Gospel Music. He has worked on numerous successful projects like YARB (Young & Radical Believers) Ep with Kelar Thrillz, LEAD Ep (Oba Reengy’s personal project) with some succeeding singles, like Ur Love, Are You Okay?, Do Something and Don’t Leave which will definitely set your feet moving at the tune!
Recently, he dropped a joint 7-tracked Ep, Sound of Life with Rehmahz which is still enjoying a lot of airplay. And now, we cannot wait to have a taste of #TheOnlySource project.
